Albania has become the first country in the world to appoint a minister for artificial intelligence.

Modern.az reports that "Politico" writes about this.

Prime Minister Edi Rama stated that the virtual minister is named Diella, which means "sun" in Albanian.

Artificial intelligence will be responsible for all public procurements in the country.
