Modern.az reports that a group of children got lost in a sewage line and remained underground in Kyiv.
According to information, the children called the 112 special hotline, stating that they were underground, feeling cold, and unable to get out on their own. Police officers and rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene.
Rescuers and police checked manholes and sewage lines intended for rainwater drainage in the city area and discovered the children inside a rainwater collector located in Khreshchatyk.
It is reported that no one was injured as a result of the incident. Appropriate measures have been taken regarding the incident.
