The distribution of calls received by the “916” Call Center by population groups during 2025 has been announced.
Modern.az reports that the Ombudsman's Office has released information on this matter.
According to statistical indicators, the highest number of applications, amounting to 1144, was from low-income families.
In addition, among socially vulnerable categories, 645 applications were recorded from persons with disabilities, 427 from military personnel, 245 from pensioners, and 175 from martyr families.
It should be noted that the lowest number of applications was 19 for national minorities, 21 for persons deprived of parental care, 24 for students, 49 for migrants, and 63 for entrepreneurs.
