US authorities had announced a $50 million reward to the person who reveals the location of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.

Modern.az, citing foreign media, reports that today the arrest of the president and his wife was successfully concluded in a short time, precisely thanks to the informant revealing their location. The identity of the person who provided this information is not disclosed.

It is reported that he is one of Maduro's close associates.
