It was stated that the diplomat was asked for an explanation regarding the alleged violation of airspace.
Earlier, Russian Ambassador Aleksey Meshkov was summoned to the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs for his call to evacuate embassies in Kyiv.
The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs also summoned the Russian Ambassador.
