Honored Art Worker, State Prize laureate Mehriban Alakbarzade has been appointed to a new position.
Modern.az reports that she has been appointed artistic director of "Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting" CJSC.
Mehriban Alakbarzade confirmed the news in her statement to Oxu.az.
"The information is correct. As of today, I am at the helm of my work. I am performing the duties of artistic director at AzTV. There is much work to be done in the new phase," said M. Alakbarzade.
