HAVELSAN, one of Turkey's leading defense industry companies, has achieved an export success in Azerbaijan.
Modern.az reports that the national corporate resource management system KOVAN, developed by the company, has already been put into use in the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
The company announced this on its social media account. It was stated that friendly and brotherly Azerbaijan became the first country to use the KOVAN system after Turkey:
“Friendly and brotherly Azerbaijan became the first country to use our national corporate resource management system KOVAN after Turkey. KOVAN was put into use in the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan. May it be beneficial.”
It should be noted that the KOVAN system was developed in Turkey within the framework of digital transformation. The goal is to reduce dependence on foreign-sourced software and strengthen data security, especially in the defense and public sectors.
Built on a local platform, this system allows government agencies, military structures, and the private sector to manage their work processes on a single platform.
Through the KOVAN system, developed based on modern technologies and international standards, it is aimed to securely store critical data in national systems.
