The official visit of the President of the Republic of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs, to the Republic of Azerbaijan concluded on April 23.

Modern.az reports that a guard of honor was lined up in honor of the high guest at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, where the state flags of both countries were waving.

Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs was seen off by Azerbaijan's First Deputy Prime Minister Yaqub Eyyubov, Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov, and other officials.
