Modern.az reports with reference to TASS that this was stated by Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.
According to her, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky did not order a ceasefire, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces violated the regime more than 6,000 times.
Zakharova noted that the ceasefire was announced by Vladimir Putin and lasted 32 hours.
