Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has stated that the ruling "Civil Contract" party has established a sufficiently effective government.
Modern.az reports that during his speech in parliament, the prime minister said, "we pulled our country out of the trap."
According to Pashinyan, they are acting courageously.
He also noted: "There is no Karabakh movement - therefore, there is no war."
