It is still unknown who carried out the air strikes in southern Iran. So far, no country has claimed responsibility for the attacks.
Modern.az reports that "Associated Press" published information about this.
It was reported that explosions were recorded in Bushehr, Sistan and Baluchestan provinces, as well as in Ahvaz and Chabahar cities.
Before the incident, the US Armed Forces Central Command (CENTCOM) announced in the morning that the next phase of the operation had been completed and approximately 90 targets had been hit. A US official then stated that Washington had not launched new air strikes against Iran.
Tehran has not directly accused any state of the attacks. At the same time, Ismail Kusari, a member of the National Security Committee of the Iranian parliament and former commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, accused the United Arab Emirates of cooperating with the United States, saying that Abu Dhabi would pay the price for this.
Israel has also not announced that it has carried out new attacks against Iran. It is noted that Tel Aviv has not struck Iran since June. Military operations are officially announced.
