According to Modern.az, investigations revealed that they gained the trust of the victim by promising to sell him rebar. Then they took money from the victim in installments under various pretexts.
It was determined that the detained persons caused a total of 190 thousand manats of material damage to the victim by not fulfilling their obligations.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the fact. Investigations are ongoing.
