Participants of the international congress held within the framework of "Turkic World Week" organized in Baku visited the grave of National Leader Heydar Aliyev in the Alley of Honor.
The Ministry of Culture informed Modern.az that wreaths were laid before the grave of the Great Leader, and his dear memory was respectfully commemorated. The grave of the prominent ophthalmologist-scientist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva was also visited.
The visit was attended by the ministers of culture of Azerbaijan and Turkic republics, leaders of leading international organizations of the Turkic world – Organization of Turkic States, TÜRKSOY, International Turkic Academy, Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, TÜRKPA, Yunus Emre Institute and other organizations, as well as renowned Turkologist-scientists and experts from various countries.
