Financial assistance will be paid to residents of individual residential houses demolished in Keshla settlement of Baku city, Nizami and Khatai districts.
Modern.az reports that this is reflected in the action plan to be implemented by the Baku City Executive Power.
According to the document, one-time financial assistance will be provided to the residents of the demolished individual residential house at 36/12 “b” R. Bagirov Street, Keshla settlement, Khatai district.
In addition, funds are planned to be allocated for the repair and restoration of 61 individual residential houses affected by sewage in M.A. Sabir and B. Mirzayev streets in Nizami district, as well as compensation for damages to residents. At the same time, it is planned to cover the 3-month rental fees of the residents of these houses.
It should be noted that one of the houses that caused the collapse of the 1200 mm diameter wastewater collector, which is on the balance of the United Water Supply Service of Large Cities of the State Water Resources Agency of Azerbaijan, was demolished by the decision of the commission.
