Along with the state budget, the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund, as well as the budget of the NMR and non-budgetary funds were audited.
Modern.az reports that this is reflected in the Summary of the Report on the activities of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2025.
It was stated that in the reporting year, the KDMN activities of the Chamber of Accounts included 30 compliance audits, 7 financial audits, 6 efficiency audits, and 5 analytical activities.
Control measures covered 6.7 billion manats of funds from the state budget.
It was noted that within the framework of KDMN measures, the forecasting, calculation, execution of revenues and expenditures, and the fulfillment of other obligations were evaluated from the aspect of compliance, financial, and efficiency elements.
According to the report, the volume of violations regarding compliance elements amounted to 584.8 million manats, financial distortions to 626.3 million manats, and inefficient expenses to 342.9 million manats.
