Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that US President Donald Trump is not his ally.

Modern.az reports that Zelensky stated this during an interview with journalist Jama Volasmal.

According to him, Trump acts merely as a mediator in the dialogue for a peace agreement with Russia.

“Trump told me from the very beginning that he would be a mediator between me and Putin... So he is a mediator, not on my side," Zelensky stated.

The last round of talks between Russia, the US, and Ukraine took place in Geneva on February 17-18 and remained inconclusive.
