Modern.az, citing Iranian media, reports that today, at the meeting of the Assembly of Experts, another member of the Provisional Leadership Council has been determined.
At the meeting of the Assembly of Experts, Ayatollah Ali Reza Arafi was elected a member of the Provisional Leadership Council. Ayatollah Ali Reza Arafi will exercise the powers of the provisional Supreme Leader.
It should be noted that the Council's composition should have included the president, the head of the judiciary, and one of the theologian members of Iran's Guardian Council of the Constitution.
