Despite the ceasefire between Beirut and Tel Aviv, which came into force at midnight, Israel continues to bomb two settlements in southern Lebanon.
Modern.az reports that this was stated in a news item published by Lebanon's official news agency NNA.
In the news published shortly after the start of the ceasefire, it is stated: "After the ceasefire came into force, Israel's bombardment against the settlements of al-Hiyam and Dibbin continues."
The news also noted: "Intensive drone activity is observed in the settlement of Rashaya and on the western slopes of Jabal al-Sheikh (Hermon) mountain (in the southeast)."
No detailed information has yet been provided on whether there was material damage or human casualties as a result of the bombing.
No statement has yet been made by Israel regarding the issue.
