The number of people killed in an explosion on the Pan-American Highway in the Cauca department of Colombia has reached 20.
Modern.az reports that the region's governor, Octavio Guzman, announced this on the social network "X".
Of the dead, 15 are women and 5 are men. 36 people sustained injuries of varying degrees.
The department leadership has decided to declare three days of mourning in memory of those who died.
