The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) attacked an American military base in response to US strikes on an Iranian facility near Bandar Abbas airport.
Modern.az reports that the IRGC issued a statement on May 28 regarding this.
"This response is a serious warning to the enemy that the attack will not go unanswered, and if it is repeated, our response will be even more decisive," Tasnim quoted a part of the statement.
According to the IRGC, the US is responsible for the consequences.
Earlier, Reuters reported that the US had launched strikes on an Iranian military facility. American forces also seized and destroyed several Iranian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that posed a threat.
