Russian President Vladimir Putin has been briefed on the air strikes on Kyiv last night.
Modern.az reports that this was announced by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president.
It was noted that Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, reported to President Vladimir Putin via telephone about the results of the massive night strikes on military-industrial complex facilities in Ukraine.
The press secretary of the Russian president also commented on the proposal of Kaja Kallas, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, to impose new sanctions against Moscow after the night strikes on Kyiv.
According to Peskov, Russia will continue to put pressure on Ukraine to achieve its goals.
It should be noted that at least 13 people died and dozens were injured during the strikes on Ukraine last night.
