Ukraine wants to receive 300 missiles for "Patriot" air defense systems from its allies.
Modern.az reports that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated this at a meeting of the "volunteer coalition".
The head of state said that preparations for winter should start now: "Ukraine is making every effort for Russia to start negotiations. This summer has already been the most difficult summer for Russia. Our long-range operations and medium-range strikes will continue. We will strengthen the attacks. One of the main ways to strengthen the positions of Ukraine and Europe is a winter missile package for air defense. If Ukrainian defenders have enough missiles to hit enemy targets, Russia will have less reason to prolong the war until winter. We have calculated that this package should include 100 missiles per month, and 300 missiles for winter. Please take this into account".
