US President Donald Trump said that an agreement with Iran is still possible, despite the resumption of large-scale military operations between Washington and Tehran.
Modern.az reports that Trump spoke about this while answering journalists' questions about Iran at the White House.
"Yes, I think an agreement is possible," the US President said.
Trump noted that despite the current tense situation, the possibility of reaching a diplomatic agreement between the US and Iran remains. According to him, Washington hopes for a political-diplomatic solution to the situation.
Although the US President did not disclose additional details, he emphasized that the possibilities for dialogue between the parties have not completely disappeared.
