The statistics of appeals made to the Ombudsman's 916 Call Center by state bodies during 2025 have been revealed.
According to **Modern.az**, most complaints were made against the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population. Thus, 2602 calls related to the institution were received by the Ombudsman during the past year. The second place is held by calls related to Justice Bodies. In 2025, 2272 calls related to justice bodies were received by the Ombudsman's call center. 1882 calls were made regarding the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The number of complaint calls from TƏBİB was 750, and the number of complaint calls from the Ministry of Science and Education was 686. Among the institutions that received more complaints compared to others are also the prosecutor's offices. Thus, last year, 650 calls related to prosecutor's offices were received by the Ombudsman's call center.
