US President Donald Trump has threatened Iran.

Modern.az reports that Trump said in a post on his "X" account that if Iran fires on protesters, his country will come to their aid.

"If Iran fires upon and kills peaceful protesters, the US will come to their aid. We are fully prepared and ready to begin. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President Donald Trump."
