Russia has broken its promise and effectively violated the de-escalation steps proposed by the US after the meeting in Abu Dhabi.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"Trump asked Putin to refrain from energy strikes for a week. Either Russia thinks there are only four days in a week, or they truly want the war to continue. Ukraine wants to hear what concessions Russia is ready to make".
The Ukrainian president stated that the strike violates agreements and should lead to consequences.
