More and more countries are joining the confrontation that has begun between Iran and the US-Israel.
Modern.az reports that, following the airstrikes on Iran, Shia groups in Iraq and Houthis in Yemen have joined the confrontation on the side of official Tehran. The Houthis have announced that they have closed the trade route passing through the Red Sea, and rockets have been fired from Iraq into Israeli territory.
In response, Israel has targeted Iraq, in addition to Iran. Furthermore, Israeli aviation has carried out limited strikes on the positions of the "Hezbollah" group in Lebanon.
On the other hand, Iran has targeted Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates, where US military bases are located, in addition to Israel.
So far, rockets have not fallen on only 2 countries in the region. These countries are Syria, which closed its airspace for 12 hours, and Oman, which hosted US-Iran talks until the recent events.
