Modern.az reports that Saudi Arabia's "Al-Nassr" club, where Ronaldo plays, has issued a statement regarding this.
The team shared a photo of the Portuguese star at the training camp in Riyadh. The photo emerged after heated discussions on the internet: yesterday, claims had spread that the 41-year-old forward had left Saudi Arabia on his private jet, valued at 61 million pounds sterling.
However, it has now been confirmed that Ronaldo himself never left Saudi Arabia. The previous day, the club also shared a video of the forward training in the gym.
Despite this, fans will not see Ronaldo on the field anytime soon. The club announced that the forward was diagnosed with a thigh muscle injury sustained in the last match against "Al-Faiha".
The official statement indicated that the player has started a rehabilitation program and his condition will be evaluated daily.
Ronaldo was substituted during the 3-1 victory, and concerns are growing regarding the seriousness of the injury, especially considering upcoming major international tournaments. According to media reports, he earns approximately 488,000 pounds sterling per day in the Saudi Arabian Pro League.

According to flight tracking services, the aircraft departed around 20:00 Saudi Arabian time and landed in the Spanish capital approximately seven hours later, flying over Egypt and the Mediterranean Sea.
