The 90 billion euro European Union aid package for Ukraine has been postponed.
Modern.az reports that European Commission spokesperson Bala Ujvari stated this at a press briefing.
"The European Commission is committed to making the first payments under this program in the second half of the year," she said in response to journalists' questions.
