The Collective Security Treaty Organization is paying attention to the situation in the Caucasus region and hopes for lasting peace after the agreement reached between Baku and Yerevan.
Modern.az reports that the Secretary General of the organization stated that
"We observe promising trends towards the signing of a comprehensive interstate peace treaty between the two countries. We believe that the settlement of Azerbaijan-Armenia relations is a reliable path to lasting peace and stability in the South Caucasus," Taatbek Masadykov noted at a meeting of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly Council in Moscow.
