At least 4 soldiers of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) were killed as a result of the US strike on Iran last night.

In turn, Iran's state television IRIB broadcast a statement by the IRGC. According to the statement, the Corps forces destroyed a US-owned MQ-9 Reaper unmanned aerial vehicle that entered the country's airspace.
The IRGC stated that it has the right to respond adequately to the violation of the ceasefire regime.
Captain Tim Hawkins, a spokesman for the US Central Command, previously stated that US servicemen carried out strikes in self-defense to protect against threats from Iranian forces. According to him, the strikes were aimed at missile launchers and Iranian boats trying to lay mines.
