Turkey's Ministries of Interior and Justice announced that an operation has been launched against 968 suspects in 81 provinces against the Fethullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ).

The statement noted that despite the years that have passed, the fight against the armed terrorist organization FETÖ continues with the same determination, attention, and sensitivity.
It was stated that as a result of joint efforts by the chief public prosecutor's offices of 81 provinces, police departments of 81 provinces, and gendarmerie commands aimed at exposing the FETÖ armed terrorist organization, an operation against 968 suspects was launched in 81 provinces as of this morning.
The provinces with the highest number of suspects within the scope of the operation were Ankara, Izmir, and Istanbul. In other provinces, work against the organization's current structures, secret organization, and related persons continues carefully.
