A meeting was held at the Ukrainian Embassy in Azerbaijan with a group of employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Modern.az reports that the Ambassador of Ukraine to Azerbaijan, Yuriy Gusev, wrote about this on his X social media account.
"Cooperation with ANAMA (Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action) continues based on the Memorandum of Understanding signed during UMAC (Ukraine Mine Action Conference 2025) held in Tokyo last year," he said.
According to Y. Gusev, concrete steps are being taken in training, experience exchange and mine clearance activities:
"We are grateful to Azerbaijan for its solidarity and support," the ambassador noted.
