Modern.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev said these words during his speech at the opening ceremony of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).

“Our meeting within the framework of such an important event, with the support of UN experts and the participation of numerous guests, will allow us to learn more from each other, benefit from positive experiences, and also talk about mistakes,” the head of state emphasized.
