Against the backdrop of fuel purchases from Azerbaijan in Armenia, petrol has become 20-30% cheaper.
Modern.az reports, citing local media, that the price of 1 liter of premium petrol in the country has decreased from 480 drams to 430 drams.
In parallel, the price of liquefied natural gas (LNG) is increasing in the country.
Until yesterday evening, there was a shortage of this fuel at petrol stations. The price has risen from 160 drams to 260 drams in just a few days.
It should be recalled that Armenia primarily imports LNG from Russia, with a portion also imported from Iran and Iraq.
