In Romania, 6 ministers and the deputy prime minister have resigned, and it has been announced that the government has lost the support of the parliamentary majority.
Modern.az reports with reference to "Mediafax" that a serious political crisis is taking place within the government in Romania.
According to the information, the ministers of agriculture, energy, labor, justice, health and transport, as well as the deputy prime minister and the head of the General Secretariat of the government, Stefan-Radu Oprya, have resigned.
The released statement says that the prime minister no longer has the support of the parliamentary majority:
"From this moment on, the prime minister is deprived of the support of the parliamentary majority, and this means that he does not have democratic legitimacy to lead the government," the statement said.
It is noted that the resignations have raised serious questions about political stability in the country.
