The Armenian Prosecutor General's Office has filed a lawsuit to return a specially protected natural area, allegedly illegally owned by former Minister of Environment Aram Harutyunyan, to the state.
Modern.az reports that the Armenian Prosecutor General's Office has released information on this matter.
According to the information, an interim measure was also applied within the framework of the claim. Based on the court's decision, Aram Harutyunyan was prohibited from taking any actions that could lead to a change in the factual or legal status of the land plot specified in the claim.
The Prosecutor General's Office demands the return of the said territory to the Republic of Armenia.
