38.37 percent of applicants who participated in the admission exams for I-IV specialty groups in the 2025-2026 academic year scored less than 200 points.
Modern.az reports that this information was included in the 12th issue of "Abituriyent" magazine published by the State Examination Center (SEC).
According to the information, the maximum possible score in the admission exams was 700. The results were analyzed in 0-200, 200-300, 300-500 and 500-700 point intervals and compared with the traditional "2", "3", "4" and "5" grades.
According to statistics, 38.4 percent of applicants showed results corresponding to a conditional "2", 21.8 percent to a "3", 28.4 percent to a "4", and 11.5 percent to a "5".
Thus, approximately one third of the exam participants scored below 300 points, and only one out of ten showed a result above 500 points, demonstrating an indicator corresponding to a conditional "excellent" grade.
