The Cabinet of Ministers approved the “Rules for determining the degree of loss of professional working capacity of an insured person who suffered as a result of industrial accidents and occupational diseases” and made changes to the “Rules for assessing disability”. With the new document, the rules for determining the degree of loss of professional working capacity of an insured person who suffered as a result of industrial accidents or occupational diseases have been approved.
Modern.az reports that deputy Vugar Bayramov stated this on his personal "Facebook" account.
He noted that the list of documents confirming the causal link of the disease or injury, as well as the deficiency related to the injury, was also specified when the degree of loss of professional working capacity was initially determined according to the rules.
"At the same time, the degree of loss of professional working capacity (in percentage) was determined in accordance with the degree of manifestation of functional disorders of the p by professions and the age of the insured, and a special formula was approved for this.
The period related to the determination of disability has also been specified. Thus, the commission must make a decision and formalize it with a protocol on the day of the assessment for determining the degree of loss of professional working capacity, and in cases where additional investigation is required, within 5 working days after that day. The decision made on paper must be submitted to the insured within 3 working days without being entered into the “Disability” subsystem of MEIS. At the same time, the entry of the decision into the subsystem is also envisaged. When assessing for the purpose of determining the degree of loss of professional working capacity, cases of functional disorders of the p up to 30 percent and more than this indicator are carried out with different criteria.
Overall, the new document defines the rules for determining the degree of loss of professional working capacity of an insured person who suffered as a result of industrial accidents and occupational diseases. Deepening the electronization of disability appointments and especially closer use of artificial intelligence also remains a priority".
