Shares and a large amount of funds belonging to Serzh Sargsyan's relative will be confiscated
Modern.az reports that the Anti-Corruption Court in Armenia has decided to confiscate the property belonging to Ani Sargsyan, the niece of former president Serzh Sargsyan.
According to the decision, 39,341 shares of the "Areni" small hydropower plant belonging to Ani Sargsyan will be confiscated in favor of the state.
In addition, funds held in her bank accounts will also be confiscated. This refers to funds amounting to 864 thousand US dollars, 32 thousand dollars, 1690 euros, and the interest accrued on these amounts.
