Modern.az reports that the incident took place on April 24, around 3 PM, in the area of Yenikənd village of the district.
Fuad Nahmadov, while fishing, accidentally touched an electrical line with his fishing hook due to carelessness. As a result, he was injured by electric shock.
The victim was immediately taken to the hospital. His condition is assessed as moderately severe.
