This information was provided by the State Statistics Committee in response to an inquiry from Modern.az.
According to the information, 4,499 of them were men and 1,564 were women.
By age groups, among those diagnosed for the first time, 2,466 were in the 0-17 age group, 1,591 in the 18-29 age group, 698 in the 30-39 age group, and 1,308 in the 40 and above age group.
According to the information provided by the Committee, the total number of patients with mental and behavioral disorders registered in medical institutions in 2025 was 111,560 people.
In addition, 79,968 of the registered patients were men and 31,592 were women.
By age distribution, 13,867 of the registered patients were in the 0-17 age group, 29,723 in the 18-29 age group, 22,851 in the 30-39 age group, and 45,119 in the 40 and above age group.
