Another decision has been made in Nakhchivan regarding the optimization of state institutions. The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to abolish the public legal entity "Nakhchivan Training Center".
According to Modern.az, based on the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the public legal entity "Nakhchivan Training Center" is abolished.
According to the document, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic has been instructed to carry out the liquidation process. The Ministry must form a liquidation commission consisting of representatives of relevant state bodies and ensure that the process is carried out in accordance with the requirements of civil legislation.
In addition, the Ministry of Justice of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic has been instructed to take appropriate measures in the direction of implementing the decision together with the Ministries of Labor and Social Protection of Population, Economy, Finance and other relevant state bodies.
It should be noted that the "Nakhchivan Training Center" operating in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is a professional development and qualification improvement institution. The Center was established as a public legal entity in 2024 and conducts trainings to increase the knowledge and skills of employees in the state, private and public sectors.
