“Baku International Tobacco” LLC has been granted the status of resident of “Araz Valley Economic Zone” Industrial Park (Jabrayil region), which is managed by the Agency for Development of Economic Zones under the Ministry of Economy.

According to the information, as the name suggests, the new resident will produce tobacco products (cigarettes). Within the framework of the project, with an investment value of 47 million manats, the products to be produced are planned to be sold on the domestic market, as well as exported.
In the “Araz Valley Economic Zone”, 20 business entities have been granted resident status, and 3 entrepreneurs have been granted non-resident status. Entrepreneurs have invested more than 48.3 million manats in the Industrial Park so far and created more than 130 jobs.
